Nick was the first one to respond on a late Sunday night right after I submitted project. Very responsive and knowledgeable, assessed the issue and quickly addressed the backups and leakage intrusion from kitchen sink to basement underneath that was poorly done by another contractor. I really appreciate his professional and personal manner, and taking the time to explain steps and sharing tips..would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs.

He came and tried to help. He is very nice and tried but couldn’t get it resolved as it required more work. He was there for over 2 hours and didn’t charge anything.

Nick called within minutes of requesting a quote. He came immediately to evaluate the problem and ruled out an expensive ejector pump replacement that another plumber insisted was the issue. It turned out to be a clog that he cleared and after cleaning up he was done. He was very professional and polite. I would recommend him.
