I would give 10 stars if I could Matt went above and beyond to finish the task. I needed this repair work done urgently for my tenant and he scheduled me very next day despite he was fully booked. I did not have budget to resurface whole deck and he respected that and repaired the deck superbly strong. He worked very hard and did the job brilliantly and skillfully. I am in construction industry (Architect), my professional opinion about this company is excellent, hard to find such contractor. God bless this company and all employees.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We used Modern Improvements for a remodel. They never changed any pricing always kept us in the loop. This is the third house we have bought and by far using Modern Improvements has made it the smoothest remodel we have ever done.

The guys from Modern Improvements did a great job rebuilding our two decks, railings, and stairs which needed replacement. It took about 5 days total to complete the job. They were very good with communication and updating us about when they would be working, and do quality work for a reasonable price. They are mindful about minimizing disruption. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. I would definitely work with them again.
