I wanted to include professionalism but you can only pick three. I got on Thumbtack, and he responded almost immediately. He was able to come out to take a look at the property in book to do the work within the next day. I scheduled him the day after next, but he was willing to do the work the same day. He was good at taking care of the yard and brought all the tools needed to take care of the job properly. We asked him to do the edging, mow, and take down all the weeds up against our fence. He was willing to quote us for preventive measures like spraying for weeds, but we have dogs and have another method that's safe for them. Unfortunately, when he came, he had to be a one-man team. Because someone called out on him. But he got everything taken care of like, promised, and for a price that was well below everyone else for the amount of job and work he was coming up to do. Already recommended him on our neighborhood Facebook groups and will surely call him again. The picture only shows the backyard, but he also took care of the front yard and all the weeds on our driveway.
