- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Prices ARE NEGOTIABLE. ""Always understand some jobs are more complicated so please explain in detail what you need done and what they walking into.""( light cleaning, deep cleaning ,pet in home, home is lived in etc sending pictures is a plus, is parking free or close, if move out explain cleaning is expected but not throwing things out or moving things that would be demolition cleaning services. Much more in cost and timing) . Please only respond if you ready to hire someone close to the price you see quoted. We are here to work so lets not waist time. Also. If I have forgotten something please contact me immediately I can come back or partially refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get as much detail about their housekeeping request to best meet their needs . I learned years ago 2 people never have the same though process. I rather have clarity, Make a list list or text is very important so I can check off what was done and not miss nothing. Clarity helps (inside/ outside )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can provide videos and pictures after the job is done. I have cleaned for a cpl of air bnb company's, real estates You name it. Im a non smoker '' I work solo and with a team of 3. Which means the job can be completed much quicker.
