- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would say about 50/50 we offer discounts while in the area because we can take on more work and since there may be less work than anticipated We do offer quotes since an exact estimate can’t be found without adding any extra work, such as roof steepness, levels of roof, treatment , and for windows we have the screens/ water marks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to introduce the services we provide , go over all the steps we do to ensure great quality work, and offer any deals we might have in the area.

I’ve studied what large professional company’s do and learned from that , as well as doing my research online where countless information is provided for free.
