FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the home, the type of cleaning needed, and how much time the job may take. I try to be fair, honest, and clear about pricing before starting. If something needs extra time or a deeper clean, I will communicate that so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to first understand what they need and what areas are most important to them. Every home is different, so I listen carefully, ask about any special instructions, and then do my best to clean with care and attention to detail. My goal is for the customer to feel comfortable and happy when the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been hands-on. I worked with my mom’s cleaning company for about 4 years, where I learned how to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and general home areas. I also have many years of customer service experience, which has taught me how to listen, communicate, and make sure people feel taken care of.
