Chef Bandy prepared about two weeks worth of meals for me in under three hours, including 4 different entrées. I couldn’t be more pleased. His cooking is solid, tasty and healthy. He is available for group dining, and special occasions, but I really appreciate the fact that I don’t need to think about dinners – shopping for them, preparing them or cleaning up from them – for a couple of weeks. Big problem solved.

Our group of eight people took private cooking lessons to prepare various Mexican dishes with Chef Bandy and his assistant. Each member in the group was involved in all of phases of the cooking as well as safety tips such as proper use of a knife. Everyone had a terrific learning experience from a very knowledgeable professional. Very personable with a great sense of humor as well. Everyone in the group was able to participate from food preparation and processing to final tasting. We plan on new future adventures with Chef Bandy.
