Danny is by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He makes the workouts fun, effective, and efficient. He's educated in both fitness and nutrition so you're getting advice on a holistic approach to your overall health. He's very professional, responsive, and punctual. I've lost weight and toned up in the few short weeks we've been working together - can't recommend him enough!!Oct 24, 2017Verified

It has been great being able to work out with Danny in the comforts of our own home, especially trying to get back into working out after having a kiddo. He's very reliable, and easy to talk to, and easy to get a hold of. My husband and I are working out together-and he is able to tailor the workouts so it benefits both of us since we have different abilities and strengths. It's been a great month, and can't wait to continue to have these personal trainings!Oct 31, 2016Verified
A gym Danny was previously employed at paired me up with him as my trainer. I signed up there after spending two years at a boxing gym. My goal at the time was to incorporate more strength training into my routine, but continue boxing from time to time as that is a workout I truly enjoy. Ive been training with Danny now for almost a year. Prior to working with him, I had a lot of mixed feelings about working with a Personal Trainer. I no longer feel that way. Ive done strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and circuits with Danny. He continues to help me break bad habits I developed from my previous boxing gym. Im never bored with my PT sessions, I actually look forward to them and that is very important if youre just starting off making a lifestyle change, or continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In June 2015, Danny put me up to a challenge to lose 6 lbs before my next weigh in with him, and with hard work and determination, I lost 8 lbs that month! This was after bouncing around the same weight for the past few years. This gave me the motivation to participate in a 90 day challenge at my gym, which led to me getting back down to my High School weight from 20 years ago. I highly recommend Danny has a trainer. His work with clients isnt just a job to him, its a passion. He brings a lot of experience and expertise; he has an awesome personality, is extremely positive, and wants to help you succeed.Jan 1, 2016All Day Fitness's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a few services i offer at the moment from personal training to writing up programs to training for a fight. There is a few factors on location and where we will be doing our training that determines price. For the most part i do $54//hr and $150 for a written program for those who just want something to follow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to train out of a gym if possible. They will always have more equipment than someone can fit in their house. Because of this, I have 5 different gym memberships that I use and they all have guest priveleges so I can bring someone with. I also work with a few people at their house, some are in an apartment complex, I have access to a private facility and I work with a few corporate buildings in their gym area for the employees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Multiple certifications. 8 years of personal training experience. 8 years of mixed martial arts experience. Did a few college courses for biomechanics, anatomy and exercise science.
