I have been with Nick now for 2 months, 3 times a week. I came in after over a decade off of ever seeing the gym and looking to put on some mass and gain some strength.
I'm going to try and answer some of the questions I had when deciding to search for a personal trainer.
Are the workouts working?
Yes. Nick is consistently challenging me and pushing me to failure every workout. This is a good thing! He pushes me further than I can push myself. He challenges me to get that last rep in. In 2 months I can already tell a difference and will continue driving towards my goal.
Is he motivating?
After some long days at work, the last thing I feel like doing is pushing weight around. Yet I show up and get the job done. His workouts are consistent in the targeted area but varied enough between them that it keeps it from getting too stale.
Does he practice what he preaches?
I wanted to find someone who knows what they are talking about AND uses that information. From his form correction and guidance to the exercises themselves, I am confident in the direction he gives.
Is he flexible?
While I have a fairly routine work schedule, it has interfered with my training schedule already. Nick has always been able to work with me and move around appointments to allow me not to just miss time I should be at the gym
Overall:
Nick is an excellent trainer that keeps me motivated and accountable for my progress. He push me hard so I see the results I want. If your looking for a trainer that is in your corner for you to succeed, is fair, sociable, and motivating, I can't recommend him enough.

It's been some time since I worked with Omni-Fitness but I found it to be a very good and welcoming experience. I really enjoyed the process in which personal training was done as a lot of what I learned I could replicate on my off days at the gym! Very nice guy and very affordable!

Hmmmm, I don't know what words to say to describe how amazing Nick Mccullough is as a trainer! He is professional, caring, intelligent, and very motivational. I was on the verge of giving up hope to reach my goals, and Nick sure did change that around for me. He believed in me, gave me hope in myself that I can accomplish whatever I set my mind too, and worked my a** off. Any type of question I had, he answered and if he didn't know, he took it upon himself to research and find an answer. He doesn't leave you hanging or lost at what to do outside of the gym either. I had to take a break from training for the holidays and he made sure to give me workouts to do until we meet again.
I advise anyone who is trying to find themselves, feel better about their appearance or whatever the reason is you may be looking for a trainer, Nick is the one to go too. I promise you, you wont regret it.

Nick is the absolute best! He knows how to push while still keeping the workouts fun! He tells the best stories that are quite entertaining and are very good distractions that help the workouts fly by! He's not just a trainer, he also becomes a great friend that's always in your corner! He's always there to cheer you up on bad days and keep you focused on your goals! Best trainer ever!

I came in looking for tough workouts that would help me build up in mass, and I am very pleased with the workout sessions that Nick has provided. He has a breakdown of which muscles will be targeted in each visit, and each target group gets a great workout. I always find myself surprised at how tight my muscles will get after seemingly simple exercises, and the feeling is left in my muscles for a few days after. He does a great job in helping me to get proper form in each exercise, and has taught me a lot of new things and new approaches to exercises I thought I already knew. I have been incorporating what he has taught me into my solo workouts, and I am already seeing better results even there. He's done a great job in tracking where we are in our workouts together so he knows when to try to amp things up, and he has also provided me with suggested workout cards that I can use on my own. Overall, I'm very happy with how things have been going. I only wish I could employ his services more than once a week. I would strongly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Per session charges need to be paid a session in advance. Weekly payments get a $5-$10 discount depending on the amount of sessions and an upfront monthly payment gives an overall discount of 5%-10% depending on the amount of sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a consultation. I need to know where you're at and where you've been. Establishing a starting point is as crucial as an ending point. All of that is covered in a consultation. Once the starting and end point is established, its time to get to work in the gym. Its hard to say what the first workout will entail, that all depends on your starting and ending point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Im a certified trainer with a bachelors in Psychology which allows me to better understand my clients in the stress induced workouts. I believe this degree has served me better than anything else. I can get along with most anyone and adapt to motivating people the way they need to be motivated. Not everyone wants a drill sergeant. Learning is always an ongoing process for me and I believe it is necessary for any professional in their given field.
