I cannot say enough great things about Dina. Dina is my first pet sitter and from the start she made me feel very comfortable. Dina makes sure to send text messages and pictures to let me know how my pets are doing. Dina has been walking my dog Bentley since August and has always been more than attentive. Dina has gone over the top for me numerous times, including helping me out on the weekends and at night when something comes up. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Daily walks are priced lower if the customer is in my town or very near to it. They are also a little higher depending on how many times I visit the home to pet sit. Gas prices are a factor. So far no price changes in a year!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Reach out. Meet the dog or dogs and their family. Ask a lot of questions and answer them too. :) Communicate daily.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been educated through my own experience with fostering dogs and learning from my husband who had show dogs,a kennel and grooming shop.
