FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common type of job is in home assembly of items bought at big box stores. Exercise and fitness equipment, patio furniture and outdoor furniture, bar-b-que grills and firepits, ready to assemble furniture such as entertainment centers, bookcases, childrens and adult bedroom sets, as well as our seasonal snow plowing services. We also can install and replace a mail box and post and most small home repair jobs.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as possible, ask for references, take a look at the overall appearance of the contractor and his equipment and cleanliness. A quality contractor will have the professional demeanor much like a medical professional. His clothing, tools, and vehicle will present a clean, shiny, efficient looking appearance that will make the customer feel comfortable and confident in their choice for a contractor.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish customers knew that sometimes it takes 40 years to become an overnight success. What i mean by this is that it takes a lot of experience to be able to look at something and be able to determine how long and what tools it takes to complete a task so that the customer will be completely satisfied. I have 40 years in all of the tasks that I perform and I can truthfully say I'm still on a learning curve.
