Explain in detail all service procedures, call charges, estimate details and a thorough explanation of what is preventing the appliance at hand to not function properly.

HVAC/R trade school graduate. EPA refrigeration technician certification. Factory trained and certified with Sub-Zero and Wolf, Viking, Dacor, True, LG and Samsung.
