Introduction: Bringing comfort food with a twist from a Northern Native to the South UpNorthDownSouth is back at it again....over a decade of home cooking, specialty creations - all made with love. In 2002, two girls met in the military by chance. At the heckling of a few friends, they had a cook-off. One friend emerged victorious, wowing the crowd with her creative creations and unique twist on modern classics. From dorm rooms to their own homes, many request came in for specialty dishes and maybe even a location for all the friends to meet. From that idea was birthed UpNorthDownSouth. I learned the secret to make people happy and the need to pour love into my food. Throughout the years I have provided meals for friends and family alike.
