What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all about the size of the property. For a residential home we will not go any lower that $40. It will of course go up on how big the property is. We will mow for them as often as they would like. It’s all up to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going to the property and meeting with the customer face to face. I want them to see me so i can answer any questions that they may have. Then i would take a look at the property to determine the price it would be for whatever they want done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training was right out of high school. It didn’t take me long to learn how everything is done and how it should look. I’m going on year 6 in this industry.
