We hired JB Contractors to help with our basement laundry arrangement. To start, we had an older washer and gas dryer, with the dryer vent on a different wall than where we wanted the machines. They upgraded our breaker box to support an electric dryer, drilled a new dryer vent hole and sealed the previous one, picked up and installed our new washer and dryer, hauled the old machines away, and cleaned up the gas connections in the previous dryer location. The communication with Carlos was excellent. We scheduled our appointment days after contacting him and he was always prompt to respond to any communication. Pricing and descriptions of the work needed was very clear. We appreciated the team’s care in moving machines in and out of the house - no wall damage! They had to detach a stair rail to have room and they reattached it more securely than it was before. They took care to keep the mess to a minimum and the basement was very clean when they finished. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and will be using JB Contractors for future projects.

So pleased with how fast and well done our basement kitchen make over came out. Great group to work with, they listened to what we wanted and completely gave it to us. Very timely.

Carlos and his crew did such an amazing job on my basement shower that I hired them to do at least four or five more big projects at my house. They expanded my bathroom in the basement; moved my washer and dryer and built a new cubbie in my basement for it that included completely redoing the plumbing, venting, and drainage; they remodeled my upstairs bathroom, then they completely gutted my kitchen and added a half bathroom, and they sealed my foundation in spots because there was a little water leaking in they found when working in the basement. While the kitchen and half bath have not been completely finished because of IKEA supply chain issues: I cannot emphasize more how professional, courteous, detail-oriented, and easy-to-work-with Carlos and his team are. I don’t think there’s a project too big, and they do it ALL. Thank you Carlos! Also, they added a door to my attic and replaced four light fixtures in my upstairs. I did not post before pictures but imagine the house is built in the 1920s and there have been very little updated. The kitchen was maybe the most updated and I would say it was done in the 60-70s.
