- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off the request of the client. I have a base price then it could build depending on what is needed from my client, for example "scar covering" or "tattoo covering" is a add on because of the time & product that maybe required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to make my customers feel comfortable in my skill set starting off. I always listen to their wants and desires, because that is very important. But most importantly, is my professionalism and dependability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take various classes throughout the year as well as blogs and beauty magazines to stay up on the trends and the ongoing changes in the industry.
