Introduction: I am a Harvard-trained Ph.D. in clinical psychology. As a Ph.D., I have published numerous articles and book chapters. I have been asked to speak at conferences around the world. Additionally, I worked for years in journalism, at the White House Press Office and on multiple presidential campaigns. I have also worked as a therapist for nearly 10 years. As a result, I am very good at helping people develop and tell their story. I believe that the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves are the key to how we feel and what we achieve. I have exceptional coaching, writing, and public speaking skills, which I hope to use to assist you.
My training has allowed me to help numerous people improve their personal and professional confidence. I have worked with clients on a range of issues from: gaining confidence in the workplace to better managing stress to developing the courage necessary to ask for the things they want and deserve. My clients have come from all walks of life and include: nuclear engineers, laboratory technicians, doctors, teachers, mental health professionals, and graduate students. Whether you're trying to figure out how to feel more comfortable in your own skin, improve your confidence, or live a fuller life, I would be happy to assist you in your personal and professional pursuits.
