Our pricing is determined by the work assessed. We offer competitive pricing with quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to develop a lasting relationship with our customers. We want our first experience to set the tone for a lasting relationship. We won't confuse or overwhelm our customers with technical terminology or harried tones. The customer will call to set up an appointment, and we will come out to evaluate the problem, sometimes problems could be solved at the same time. depending on the project at task
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumber. I have been in the plumbing business for over 30 years, in Chicago and surrounding areas.
