Jay was awesome! Assessed the issue quickly, replaced it and left everything tidy in less than 20min! For what it’s worth, I’m a AA woman living alone, and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely be calling him for all my plumbing needs and have already referred him to everyone in my building. Thanks, Jay!

Jay from Tru Art Plumbing has a wonderful personality, very easy to work with. He was on time for the estimate appointment. Offered a flat labor rate plus parts to install a new vent pipe for the house along with some needed piping in the basement waist system. Started the job right away and finished by end of the day. Great job and the price was right! Offered him the task of replacing the galvanized piping for copper pipe in our house. Got a very reasonable quote. Showed up 5 days later. Finished the job in 10 hours (keeping the water loss to only one day). Looks good... Price was right. A rare find. Will use him again.

WOW. 6 out of 5 stars. This man is the gold standard for plumbing and customer service. Listens well and communicates throughout job. Genuinely cared that my special requests were met and achieved them! This was bigger job, and he single handedly took care of it all. Stayed until it was done. Hard worker. Pleasant and friendly.

I hired Zhalil to replace the water heater in my rental unit. His work was excellent, and he was very respectful of both the tenant and the property. The quality of his work is clear from the picture. His pricing is also very reasonable. After completing the water heater replacement, he inspected the basement plumbing and pointed out a few improvements that could be made—things I was already aware of as well. He offered a very fair price and returned on another day to complete the additional work. His attention to detail is exceptional. I really enjoy working with him and would gladly hire him again for future projects.
