- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible financing options for all of our services to make training more accessible. We also provide discounted rates for individuals working with rescues or shelters who are seeking support with socialization, housing, or training for their dogs. Additionally, new clients at The Dog House will receive 10% off their first service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation • $50 – Up to 1-hour phone consultation (training assessment and customized plan) Private Training Sessions • $120 – Up to 75-minute session at our facility • $150 – Up to 75-minute in-home session (pricing may vary based on location) Following the initial consultation, we will recommend the most suitable program for your dog’s needs. Options include: • Board & Train – Your dog stays with us for a structured program over a set number of weeks, depending on behavior and training goals • Day Train – Daycare-style training that includes structured socialization and skill development, with regular progress updates • Private Lessons – One-on-one sessions offered at our facility or in your home

I am a certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College, with over a decade of hands-on experience working in professional training facilities, shelters, and rescues throughout Chicago. I specialize in creating lasting behavioral change through structured, results-driven training. My expertise includes advanced obedience, socialization, and behavior modification cases such as reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety, and resource guarding.
