Would rate zero if I could. Steer away! My warranty company sent them out to repair a refrigerator. The repair technicians said that they needed to order a part and will return to fix it. I paid $60 service fee for an inspection without follow through on repair. Over 6 weeks later and the warranty company is still chasing them down to return a diagnosis code so that they can process my claim for repair. They have not returned multiple voicemails to both the warranty or myself. I finally reached someone named Jaime on 10/25 who said to give him until end of day to connect with the technician and have him submit the requirement to thewarranty company. I asked him to call me back to confirm and he said they usually don't call customers back unless they receive repair approval by the warranty co. and they have to wait for technician. I told him that I didn't care if warranty covered it, I need them to come back and complete the repair. He said that they have to wait for the technician. I called the warranty co today who also tried ActFast again and call went straight to voicemail as usual. After multiple complaints to the warranty co (including about their own lack of follow up since they only called ActFast when I called them for status), I am asking for them to send a new repair company out and to waive the repair fee.Response to owner's message on 11/5: the warranty company denied the claim in order to reassign it to another appliance company. I also saw a negative Yelp review on 11/1; this is a trend with your company. The warranty company only takes 48 hours to review and deny/approve claims as long as they receive required info from you; and it shouldn't take 3 weeks like your other disappointed and in-need customer has been waiting.

Hello I’m sorry your not happy with our service but select home has denied the claim. We did have to order a part for your appliance but like we also said we have to get approval for your claim which did take a very long time and select home could not find your claim which they finally did and then explain the claim was denied and they would offer you a buy out We do not call the customers after we leave the house the first visit it is up to the warranty company to go thru the claim and then decide if they wish to repair or replace the unit Also you wanted us to come and fix the appliance on the side which I explained we can not do so it will cause conflict with our contract with the company

I found out about them through Letgo and they were quick to respond to my messages. Jamie came and inspected the dishwasher and gave me a quote before proceeding with ordering the part required. He was very straight forward and honest about everything, which I appreciated. I dislike when companies try to hide any of their fees, which was not the case here... The part was ordered and replaced quickly. However the person who installed the dishwasher did a poor job (the previous owner) and more issues surfaced. They were great at figuring out what was wrong and I am excited for them to come back and fix the issue... Both father and son were very nice to my husband and I and gave great advice on other things around the house. Thanks to Jamie's advice I saved money on my washer and dryer and they even gave us tips on what to do to keep the dryer running better (mind you that I didn't pay them for any washer and dryer services or repairs). I am definitely saving their number in case of any future repairs I may need and highly recommend them!

Was a little concerned at first due to the first review.My warranty company used them for my washer repair they came out on time and fixed the problem the same day.I kept there card for future repairs aswel as Ill be passing there information along to my family and friendsI highly recommend this company

The owner Jamie is awesome! Ill be honest I like to shop around for the best price. Other companies wouldnt even give me a price. I called Jamie, told him what was wrong with my washer and he told me what was wrong with it right away. He gave me an estimate and told me that went towards the repair. I got an appointment for the next day, and when he looked my washer it was the pump he told me about over the phone. He had the pump on him and fixed my washer the same day!! Thank you so much!!! Great price too.
