A part has to be ordered from the manufacturer, so I am waiting for the repair to be completed. Sadly the part that was ordered and paid for, did not fix the problem. The repairman was great but we were told if the part didn't work we would not have to pay the labor charge. Unfortunately, we did pay before we realized the oven was still not returning to temperature. We are not willing to put anymore money into this stove.

The tech was on time. Professional. Knew exactly what he was doing. Knew what part i needed if it was necessary. If fact all we needed was a tightening on the bottom with nail, since agitator of washer came off. So far no issues. He did say any issues call him & he will send out for repair.
