At Mr. Appliance® of West Loop, we have the ability to make sure we fix the issue correctly and effectively. We strive to resolve your appliance issue. By calling on our team of skilled service professionals, you can be sure it will be Done Right. We stand behind our workmanship with a 1-year Parts and Labor warranty for residential services and a 30-day Parts and Labor Promise for commercial services. If your service was not done right, we promise to make it right. Contact your local Mr. Appliance within the applicable promise period and we will make it right. No matter the project, Mr. Appliance will get it Done Right. Our Techs are committed to outstanding service. We currently offer $25 off repairs over $250, mention Thumb25 for the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mr. Appliance of West Loop enrolls each customer and the appliance in our system to track. We take key service notes and share detailed resolutions with the customer. Our prices are not quotes, so we don't change our cost after completing the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are EPA Certified and Trained in the areas of Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
