I needed a refrigerator repaired he came out quick and got it done figured out I needed my ice maker adjusted to be able to work properly no complaints excellent job. I definitely will be calling them if I need any appliance repairs in the future.

Literally just paid 140.00 dollars for the rep to tell me i needed a new one and they couldnt repair the A/C i owned. Granted it was an off brand model, but to charge 140.00 and tell me that there is nothing they can do about their pricing is garbage. Never will use them again.

I believe our tech informed you that we would support you in a claim with the retailer to get a new unit, as it appeared that your unit was only 1-year old.
