As a Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin licensed Architect and self-certified architect with the City of Chicago, I provide all architectural services including concept development, programming, space planning, preparation of construction drawings, assistance with acquiring building and zoning permits, and observing the project through the close out of construction.
Currently, I specialize in residential and small commercial projects. I am passionate about collaboratively designing spaces to best serve my clients needs. I have over 13 years architectural and construction management experience including kitchen and bath remodels, porch and deck design, home office design, laundry and mud rooms, basement remodels, exterior upgrades, home additions, office build outs, retail build outs, restaurants, mixed-used buildings, and more.
I help my clients find contractors to bid on their project. If they have a contractor already, help my clients negotiate a fair construction cost estimate. I can also determine if there is a need for services of an architect, or prepare a materials design package to give to a contractor.
