- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on event type, length, and location. Most wedding bookings land between $1,500 and $2,500, with a $1,200 floor for shorter events like a cocktail hour and a $3,500 ceiling for full ceremony, cocktail, and reception coverage. Setup and breakdown are always included. Travel is no charge across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get on a call or trade emails to talk through the day — venue, timeline, vibe, must-play and do-not-play songs, special moments like first dance or processional. We send a contract with the details locked in. A few weeks out, we confirm the song list and any last-minute requests. On the day, we arrive early, set up, and play.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Couples planning weddings, hosts running private parties, companies booking corporate events, and venues across Chicago — Montrose Saloon and others. Sizes range from 25 guests at a backyard rehearsal dinner to 200+ at a full reception.
