The arrangements were even better than expected and working with this provider was tremendous!! They were super responsive and worked with me to get the perfect look for our venue! I had been communicating with Chi Chi about 3 weeks before my baby’s 1st birthday party … we went over the concept and had a plan going … 48 hours prior to the even she stopped responding . The day before the event . She sent a text that they would not be able to provide the service due to an unexpected event! I tried calling her no response . She left me scrambling last minute the day prior to find another decorator . I found the interaction unprofessional! At least call the client to discuss . I would not use or recommend this vendor due to the lack of consideration given to leaving a customer hanging last minute.
