Evanov Events started in 2021 as a personal project that became a passion and a career path. We want to help our clients to organize and execute special occasions ( surprise proposal / engagement parties / bridal showers, birthdays, baby showers, quinceaneras, in amount other events), but our main focus point is weddings.
We know how stressful it can be a wedding planning and requires expertise, responsibility, and organization to execute a perfect day. Angelica did an amazing job with the balloondecorations for my mother's 80th birthday. She was so kind and professional. She quickly responded to my initial request and was able to pull everything together within a very short time frame. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the decorations turned out. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for future events.

From the first time I talked to Evanov Events, I was impressed with their professional and detailed approach in helping with our event. We discussed New Year’s Eve decorating, but they do not do balloon drops, however Angelica got right back to me, offered up their services that they do and I will definitely use this company in the future. Was a pleasure to deal with them, and I love the pictures I saw of their work. Looking forward to my next party so I can use them!!

We offer balloon drops, but the minimum ceiling height is 14ft, yours is 11ft, and due to safety and not having enough room to release the balloon drop, we couldn't do it for you this time.

We make a custom package depending on the needs of each client and event. Day of wedding coordinator prices start at $1000,
Wedding decoration depends in the needs of each couple, balloon arrangement start at $550 and up
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we like to meet with our clients to get an idea of what they are looking for, and that allows us to create a more accurate quote and also will enable me to offer and custom everything that Ivanov events have to offer.
