- Floor cleaning and polishing (including hardwood cleaning and wax removal)

Please note: I do not sand hardwood floors. For sanding or refinishing, you’ll need a flooring contractor. I also charge a $50 cancellation fee for booked jobs that are canceled.
I stand behind my work with a satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy, I’ll come back to correct the problem within 7 days. I clean entire areas, not just small sections.

Got a call five minutes after I submitted my interest. Showed up on time a couple of days later. Solid work. Cleaning grout is tough and hard to meet expectations. It will rarely go back to mint condition, but it is much cleaner than it was. Would use again for other projects.
