We had just used a local, lake in the hills service, to clean a couch before giving it to our son. They came out and were done in under 10 minutes and the couch looked only marginally better than before he started. Fast forward a week and our new rescue literally peed a flood on our brand new couch and we didn’t notice for days. I contacted Rhino based on their great reviews and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite contacting them on thumbtack later in the evening, I received an immediate response. From there, there was follow up and the cleaning was scheduled within 2 days. The technician cleaned our couch for a solid 2 hours (compare that to the tech mentioned above). When he was done, the couch looked and smelled like new when he was done and not a trace of urine smell was left. I highly recommend this professional, uber accommodating, reasonably priced, responsive service. Literally Top notch! A+++. Don’t bother contacting anyone else. This company is the best of the best.

The team at Rhino were super responsive to my needs - within 24hrs of my original request, I had provided them with all the details that they needed and had an appointment on the books. The cleaning team came right at the appointment window start time, and they were very professional and thorough. My furniture looks almost brand new (no ones that much of a miracle worker) and smells like it too!
