- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to work with our clients to ensure they get the service and product they need to make their event successful. We do require a $400.00 minimum for events with a 25% non-refundable deposit upon signing of BEO.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our preferred method is speaking over the phone and then meeting in person to finalize plans whenever possible. We also encourage potential clients to visit our food truck for a free tasting leading up to an event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At all events we require there to be a Three Legged Tacos manager present with at least their National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) Food Safety Manager's Certification, as well as their Illinois Department of Public Health Food Safety and Sanitation Manager's Certification (FSSMC). All employees present representing the company will additionally have their food handler's permits.
