We needed maintenance on our rooftop HVAC units and Greg was on the job the same day. He also diagnosed an issue that could have costs us big money down the road if he had not found it early and made the simple fix. Great service and such a nice guy

I contacted Otter Heating and Cooling when the gas furnace in a rental apartment stopped working. I was very impressed with Greg’s responsiveness and communication every step of the way via text and over the phone. He kept me and the tenant up to date on his ETA, and went out of his way to explain the problem in simple language. He even took the time to instruct the tenant in some basic maintenance and troubleshooting steps to prevent common problems in the future. The furnace is over 20 years old, so when it ultimately needs replacement, I am confident Greg will give me good advice in choosing the best option.
