Our pricing reflects our company's preparation, acccomodation of requests, flexibillity of time frames, and our team professionals labor. Our team pros pride themselves on quality work and it is reflected at the end of every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before taking on a new project, we like to ensure that we can provide quality service(s). Foremost, we listen to all the information and requests given by the customer; If we believe that we can provide quality service along with timeframes provided, we will accept the project. If time permits we schedule a free estimate to visit facility or home which our team then creates a customized checklist of all the areas that need concentration. A proposal is usually drawn up for commerical sites with a final quote. If hired, Our company prepares our teams for every project and we hand pick our team members for each project. Communication is key in the way that we operate. We understand the power of knowledge and we encourage potential customers to ask us questions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always suggest doing your research before hiring someone to service your home. Research not only PRICES but find out Service Packages. Our company has three different types of packages. Light, Regular, and Deep and we are now introducing our newest package: Extensive Deep Clean packages. Know the difference between packages and pick the one that best suits you and your home. Find out what each packages includes. Detail is our speciality and we work closely with all our customers looking for Move-In and Move-Out cleans, as well as our clients looking for regular and maintenance.
