What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I try to see what the issue is before giving an diagnoses. I have the customer tell me what they are experiencing and then I take a look at the hardware.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold my Bachelor of Science in Technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started fixing things with my Dad when I was a kid. I eventually went to school and got my degree in technology and currently work at one of the biggest hospitals in Cook County.
