Introduction: With over twenty years experience in areas such as teaching, Apple software, and video production, Mac in a Minute! can help you with everything from basics to advanced techniques, no matter what your background or experience. Mac in a Minute! was founded by Craig Burns after coordinating all training programs at Apple's flagship store in downtown Chicago. At the time, it had the highest traffic of any Apple Store worldwide, and Craig built a training program that offered hundreds of hours of learning opportunities each week, for the very beginner to the advanced professional. Patience, humor, and knowledge combine to provide a truly enjoyable experience while you learn - no one should think they can't learn to use a computer, and we make sure you learn that lesson first.
