Introduction: I have 40 years of experience in preparing food. With over 20 years in professional cooking and kitchen management, I continued to keep cooking and learning for the last 20 years. I'm experienced in almost all cuisines, including, but not limited to, African and all aspects of Asian (such as Laotian, Vietnamese and Cambodian). I have full knowledge of most of South American dishes. I'm fully experienced in most areas of desserts. My daughter has been gluten intolerant for 16 years now, so I am fully versed in that area. I have full knowledge of natural and whole food cooking. I'm well experienced in vegan and vegetarian cooking too. I'm fully versed in kitchen sanitation, storage procedures and food waste management. I'd love to teach cooking and had as many as four people a month in a rotating schedule in my kitchen. My prices vary depending on what you wish to learn. The prices per hour also include all the foods and supplies provided, and you'll go home with what you make.
