    I hired Eric Stein to cater a 7 week workshop and it was beyond what I could have imagined. The food was awesome and the guy is amazing. He is the king of knowing how to please the palate and the client.

    Eric worked for me as a chef/caterer during his tenure as a graduate student at EIU. He is by far one of the most innovative/creative chefs I have had the pleasure to work with. He is a master in his craft...ahead of his time as a fusion chef, marrying his knowledge of the culinary culture, art/presentation and nutrition to heights previously unknown!

As a member of the American Culinary Federation, Research Chefs Association, and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I am consistently working to learn and improve in my field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide a variety of services in food and nutrition. I do one-on-one health and diet coaching, supermarket tours, private and group cooking classes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a personal chef, make sure to ask lots of questions to ensure you have a great repoire with your chef.
