Al was great - once he determined the problem, he made sure that - although the printer was broken - he could safely extract the toner cartridges from it, so that they could be used in the new printer…which he had in his vehicle! We transacted a purchase that was satisfactory and saved us a lot of time running around. I would absolutely recommend A & L Copier Services!! Thanks Al!
