Serene was great a teaching but I am very upset with the over promising she has made to a friend and I. We were told she would drop off our cards ( which we need for our nursing program) and never did. I had to constantly reach out to her to see when she would bring them and she just kept extending the time. I have yet to hear back from her and it has been 5 months! I am a bit concerned that she may have been lying to us. Please contact us about our cards. Or refund us so we can take another class.

I have a new training center that is superb with making sure that my cards are completed timely. It was extremely difficult during that time but now the cards are issued quickly. Thanks for your comment!
