Katherine S. says, "Working with VIVO at TV was the best experience I’ve ever had when hiring a service to help with a home project. He was so professional and so efficient. He accepted a job that no one else would because it was so difficult. He was able to go and Repair some window shutters that were beyond the height of a double extension ladder, and did it so efficiently. He even chose to go through some open windows to finish the project rather than to say that he could not go further. I will continue to hire him for all of my window and door issues. I don’t think anyone else could have provided the level of service he did. This is the first time I’ve ever found someone that I trust as much as him. Hire him and you will understand why I give him so much praise."See more

Walter Rygula C. says, "We hired him through Thumbtack to caulk the outside of the window frame on the front of our house. He was professional, showed up as scheduled, and did a nice job overall. The window is now properly sealed, and we were happy with the work. My only complaint is that the caulk used was white, while our window frame is almond colored. Unfortunately, the white caulk really stands out against the frame and is noticeable from the front of the house. Using an almond or matching-colored caulk would have made the finished job look much better. Overall, we were pleased with his work and would recommend him, but I would suggest confirming the caulk color before the job."See more

We hired Austin to hang curtains and solar shades for an oversized (14') window that I had custom-made at Lowes. He was super easy to communicate and schedule with, the work looks great and price was very fair. Would use again. This was my first time ordering "custom" window treatments and I'm very happy with how it worked out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. My condo has a very unique layout with three different-sized windows in the living room, plus custom curtain needs for my master bedroom and my child’s bedroom. Every room required different measurements, styles, and colors, and the team handled it all flawlessly.

They came out to take measurements the same day I called, were professional, punctual, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. What could have been a complicated project felt completely stress-free thanks to their expertise and customer-focused approach.

The quality of the curtains is outstanding, and the final result completely transformed my home. Everything fits perfectly and gives each room a fresh, polished look. It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with such exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom window treatments. They truly exceeded my expectations.
