Charlene did an excellent job for my 1 year old's birthday party - she transformed our basement into a party wonderland for kids and adults alike!! My family enjoyed the candy displays and her decorations and balloons!! We will definitely call upon her services in the future - highly recommended!! Specifically, she took my idea and materialized it, attempted to be cost conservative where appropriate and even picked up items from rental company without additional charge!! I was so impressed!!

    Ali is an absolute expert in the realm of recruiting. She is everything I could have hoped for in a recruiting coach and I attribute much of my job hunting success to her holistic approach, her words of wisdom and the breadth of her knowledge of the industry. Before I met Ali, I was in a miserable job that was terribly suited for me. As I was gearing up for my job search, I was lucky enough to have crossed paths with her who guided me throughout the entire job hunt process. She sat me down to have a comprehensive discussion about what I wanted my next step to be, what kind of work environment I sought and what I wanted in my next job (i.e. mentorship, training, teamwork, etc.). This conversation really helped steer me in the right direction when I was looking for jobs/companies that matched what I wanted. I was blown away at the level of care Ali really put in to helping me understand what I needed in my next move. She helped me dust off my resume and subsequently revamped it with an expert eye. She had clear and valuable feedback with coherent reasoning to her critiques. After I received an interview from my dream job, she ran mock interviews with me, looked over my email communications with the company at my request and gave me constant encouragement throughout the process which I definitely needed. When I got my job offer, she prepped me for any potential conversations regarding salary negotiations, start date, etc. that really helped me be confident when I did have those conversations. Ultimately I got exactly what I sought i.e. top of the range of my requested salary, optimal start date, etc. I couldn't have done this without Ali and I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is on the job hunt. Her intuition about recruiting is unmatched, bar none and I'm so grateful for her help!

      Was able to quickly reformat some business documents. My company was using faded copies of a form, filling them out by hand, scanning them in and emailing them. She took 3 forms and put them into a word document where I could type I the information, convert to PDF and email. This cuts down in time and wasted paper. I put them on a shared drive at work and my boss was impressed and my colleagues we all very grateful. She was able to get me the documents the same day - even though there was no deadline - and didn't upcharge me for the expedited services.
