Loved working with Keerthi! She was very professional and made our wedding easy to manage for the day of. She coordinated a few meetings beforehand so she could get a good idea of what to expect
Keerthi and Michael were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they were on top of every detail and made sure our wedding ran smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout the planning process, and when we had a last-minute change to the timeline, they quickly coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.
During the ceremony, the stage steps were a bit wobbly, but Michael stepped in and stabilized them so we could walk up safely—just one example of how they went above and beyond.
Thank you both for making our wedding such a perfect, stress-free evening. We couldn’t have done it without you!
We had the best time working with Keerthi and Michael! As stressful as the wedding planning process is, having professional help the day of to coordinate everything we had put together was the best thing we could have done to make our lives and the lives of our friends and family easier. We had our ceremony and reception at two different locations and Keerthi and Michael were able to tag team and get both our venues prepped and ready! Without them, it would have been impossible for us to keep with our tight timeline and keep things running as smoothly and without a glitch as they did1 We had some last minute issues with vendors/timing but they were able to resolve them without us even getting involved. We were able to enjoy our wedding day, without stressing, knowing we were in great hands! I would 100% recommend working with them as your day of coordinators!! Communication was great — they were always two steps ahead of everything and consistently double-checked with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. My daughter just got married in Chicago and we are not from the area. We were so overwhelmed with the whole planning thing and K&M took the stress off my shoulders.

We are willing to work within your budget to bring your vision come to life.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start out with a virtual meeting so we can get to know you and how you envision your event. If hired, we collect vendor and wedding party information. One month out from the event, we have a meeting to go over final details and timelines. During the final days leading to your event, we will facilitate collaboration between all your vendors. On the day of the event, we will be onsite ensuring that everything goes smoothly.
