They came out and fixed those wall repair on my roof. It was shingles. They contacted me pretty quick. They came out and gave me a free quote and found the leak and solve the problem.

Chicago roofing decking came out and gave us an excellent price to tear off flat roof they turned it off. They put down new insulation and new modify. We are really satisfied with the work thank you guys very much. The price was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

If I could do it all over again, I would have gotten a second opinion. I originally called because I noticed since shingles missing from my roof and a water bubble was starting to form in one of the rooms. They reached out right away which I thought was great. Over the phone, the rep said "We're a family business". what I didn't know is that meant they would show up with 6 guys and a kid when only 1-2 max did any work on the roof. Only 1 of the group spoke English to me. He did all of the talking and he seemed quite used to talking homeowners into using their business.
Initial estimate was $3,100. I was shocked, visable floored to say the least. He kept repeating "You're not going to find a better price then that" yet the price kept going down I told them I couldn't pay that much, they said it comes with a 10y warranty. from there he goes down to 2800, then to 2400, then to 2250. I decided to go in to look around at some of the locations they pointed out from the inside, and it didn't look bad to me. while I was in which is no more than 5 minutes, they called me while I was in there. I now believe this was a tactic to give me minimal time to think. when I came out, I asked how long the work could wait, to which the rep said it's going to rain tomorrow and it can't wait. He painted a dramatic picture of what could happen if I waited. Then he takes the estimate down to 1450 if I give a 5 star review. That's HALF the original quote which definitely made me suspicious. He said they were working for the review at that point and that 6 people said they would leave the 5 star review and didn't. Now I know why. I asked about if get take credit and their machine was "now working". I told him then I could not do pay. He then took another $150 off if I could zelle him. Now we're down to $1,300, almost $2,000 less than the original quote. They for to work right away. They sent me pics of the results which I have attached. I still currently don't know if I got a good deal or was swindled but I surely feel like I've been hustled. Definitely do your research before calling agreeing to work with this company.
