- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer every customer a 2 week free trial to see if you like what we do. No credit cards, no commitments. And then after that, you can use our human text-based schedule system to handle any schedule changes. We have no minimums of price traps - you only pay for what you use, and you get charged after-service every 3 weeks automatically through Stripe - a trusted and secure payment platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a phone consult for free, a free meet n greet, tell you about the dogs in your pack (if you'd like to start off with solo walks, we're open to it) do a 2 week free trial, and if you'd like to continue with us, you let us know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We don't use contractors. Our employees have stayed with us for 1+ year on average and go through an extensive phone and in-person interview, in-person shadowing, in-person testing, and training process. Every employee of ours has owned dogs of their own, and also have past experience from daycares and doing solo dog walking on their own before joining our team.
