I contacted them for quote regarding our plumbing. Washing machine installer had told us that both of our pipe shut-off valves were failing and needed to be completely replaced. Instead of just taking our money and running with an unnecessary job, the technician thoroughly inspected the valves and gave us some fantastic, honest service advice. He explained exactly why the valves were actually in perfectly good working order and didn't need to be replaced at all. It is incredibly rare to find that level of honesty and integrity in home services. Even though we didn't end up needing to hire them for a major repair this time around, they have earned a customer for life. When we genuinely do need a plumber in the future, this is the first and only place I will be calling!

I had a pleasure working with Roy today. He did a fantastic job and most importantly he was very respectful to my home, making sure not to spill water when he replaced my toilet he wore shoe guards respecting my floors, explained everything, had pictures before and after. I will definitely contact them going forward for all my plumbing needs.

Roy came out promptly (and I got a few alerts to my phone when he was 30 minutes away, then 15 etc -- which I appreciate especially when you're quoted a window of service time). He came to re-secure a bathroom sink to the wall as the caulk came off over the years and the sink started to sag. Roy was super professional, very knowledgeable, told us the options and offered a good solution where we wouldn't have to turn off the building's water main. He added a couple of brackets for better support into studs in the wall and resealed with new caulk. Roy thoroughly explained what he had worked on, made sure there were no leaks, and even changed out a slip nut on the p-trap to ensure it wouldn't leak. He also asked me a few times if I had any questions or concerns. Roy really seemed to know his craft and I would request his services again.

hired this company about two weeks ago to have time to observe the work. drainage system was clogging badly in the basement. I am happy to say I haven't had anymore problems. I would definitely hire again if needed in the future

They did absolutely wonderful work with our outdoor drains. We had a job that was supposed to be simple and then turned into much more necessary work than we thought, and they took it on without any complaint. Worked hard all day into the evening for three+ days, communicated well, explained everything thoroughly (no hidden costs/work we didn’t understand), and I would hire them again any time in the future. Great job, guys!!
