They did a great job demolishing an old deck and building a new one with the plans we gave them. They also poured new concrete and installed a new AC unit. Highway recommend. We're using them again!

312 Remodeling handled drywall, framing, skimming, baseboard installation, electrical, and more around our new home and everything turned out beautifully. I was so impressed that I’ve already hired them for additional finishing work. I recommend them 1000% and won’t be calling anyone else for home renovations or even smaller projects. Their work is high-quality, affordable, and the team is incredibly responsive and professional. After dealing with multiple companies that ghosted me or never followed through, 312 Remodeling was a breath of fresh air. They show up, they communicate, and they deliver. Truly amazing!

Im so impressed with the work done by 312 Remodeling Ideas! Jaime transformed our home by painting the patio, power washing the exterior, repairing the stairs, and replacing the old ceiling panels.
