FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process is simple: We start by finding out exactly what the customer wants and needs. We then spec the equipment and services to fit those goals. We don't want to oversell them on something they don't want or need. After we get all that together we take a 25% deposit and have an online contract to confirm the date, services and equipment. We then team up the customer with one of our graphic designers for the services that require it. Our Graphic Designer will provide a proof for you to approve or make changes as needed. All of our photo booths include a professionally designed Strip template at no extra cost. We don't use stock strips like other companies. Prior to the day of the event we ask for the remainder balance to be paid. From there we take care of everything else! Set up, operation and take down!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with Customers from big to small. Whether it be a small house party, wedding, trade show, bar, or corporate parties, we've had the pleasure of providing our quality services to them all.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your photo booth uses a DLSR camera as they provide the best image quality and a Sub-Dye printer. Sub-Dye printers are the same used by photo labs, the images will last for a lifetime if not longer, and are able to on average print a picture in under 12 seconds. Inkjets are an amateur way of running a photo booth! For Lighting, ask what their background is in design? How well do they know their equipment. Is it quality equipment? Ask who made their lights and research reviews on it. quality equipment won't have any lack of reviews on line. Lastly you get what you pay for! While we may not be the cheapest, we provide quality equipment, services and crew! We try our best to keep our pricing competitive but we don't allow ourselves to cut corners. You can't reschedule an event because something wasn't perfect, so why risk it?
