I highly recommend Chitown Trainer whose owner is Konrad Koczwara. My personal trainer is Alonza Thornton who has been highly skilled in quickly defining sets of exercises that work well for my goals. He has also done an excellent job in listening to my feedback in order to fine tune my exercises to maximize results. He pays a lot of attention to your exercise form to ensure that the appropriate set of muscles are used; this is a skill that all personal trainers do not possess. Chitown Trainer is excellent! They were very responsive to set up the initial consultation. I love that they come to me rather than me having to travel to them.
