- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes start at 120 dollars per session plus food and transportation costs. Private chef services start at 60 dollars per hour plus cost of food and transportation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to collaboratively design the class or menu to suit each customer's goals. So let's brainstorm!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates degree in Culinary arts from The Art Institute of Colorado and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina in business. I taught for nearly a dozen years at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago (formerly CHIC) as well as Kendall College and Robert Morris University.
