- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, condition of the surfaces, and level of detail required. I keep everything transparent so there are no surprises. I also offer a 10% discount for first-time clients and bundle discounts when combining multiple services. The goal is to provide quality work at a fair price without cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding exactly what the customer is looking to get done. From there, I either review photos or schedule a walkthrough to provide an accurate quote. Once everything is approved, I get the job scheduled, show up on time, and complete the work with attention to detail. I also make sure everything is cleaned up before leaving and follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 5 years of hands-on experience working in exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter maintenance. Most of my training comes from real-world experience, learning the proper methods to clean different surfaces safely while delivering quality results.
