Great personable rep. Although we went with another vendor; I'm happy to write that Mr. Christopher Palacios is 1. Respectful to the property and tenants 2. Prompt and made his appointment on time. 3. Has the Best price which seems suspicious, to me, but guess what ... it's legit. He's a true industry insider so the savings gets passed on to you.
